Join us for a playful, reflective and expressive free virtual playshop!

Explore your creativity and reconnect with your childlike wonder. This is a 60 minute virtual playshop that will include playful activities that are both reflective and connective including a taste of art and drama therapy.

All gender identities, abilities, bodies, beliefs and nationalities are welcome.

Led by seasoned registered drama therapist and licensed creative arts therapist, Jamie McCoppin. Our goal is to provide a safe enough space to explore, express and DE-stress!

Additionally, Jamie will be sharing about her upcoming in-person workshops hosted by Erin Lowry at Love Life Therapy Center in Tucson this Spring.
